Are you missing Open Gym at the PCC?

Are you missing Open Gym during the week at the Pemberton Community Centre? Are you struggling with naps and attending valuable programs?

We would love your feedback on the times allocated for the Grins and Giggles (open gym)  We want to do what we can to help advocate for the parents and the community centre for the loss/change of this program. It impacts many famiilies in the community. They are most likely planning their programming now for the next series of activities and programs. We are striving help understand the PCC changes and help to communicate them to parents to ease some of the confusion. 

Please send your feedback and ideas to the Pemberton Community Centre email.  Constructive feedback can possibly make change. We want these amazing programs to continue!

GIGGLES AND GAMES 

With Linda Raimondo 

Bring your toddler out for an afternoon of games and sing along time.   

This supervised program will get you and your little one movin’, groovin’ and giggling together! 

Parent participation is mandatory. 

 

Day: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 

Date:   January 16 — March 5 

Time: 12:30 —  2:30 pm 

Age: 0 — 5 years 

Fee: $3/child drop — in 

 $5/family drop — in

February's GGC Meeting - Wednesday Feb. 22, 2012

Hello all,

Just a reminder that this month's GGC meeting is Wednesday Feb. 22, 2012 at the 7:30pm at the Sea to Sky Community Services Office.  We are always looking for new members! So bring your enthusiasm and ideas for Pemberton's families!  Hope to see you there!

Bringing Baby Home - Pemberton Dates

Hi to all the parents out there, GGC is pleased to help promote another great program put on by Putting Children First Initiative.

This is a FREE program aimed at pregnant couples and couples with young children.

It is a researched program that gives couples tools to keep their friendship and manage conflict, to set them up to stay together after they start a family.

 Please see poster below and tell all your friends. 

 The courses are run out of the sea to sky community buildings in Squamish and Pemberton and Whistler venue is yet to be determined.
